These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and Divine Certified LLC ("We," "Us," or "Our") regarding the use of traditional health education and community services.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our educational services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services:

Divine Certified LLC offers online traditional health educational services, with the most pressing initiative being to provide support and guidance during the belly-to-baby process. The services may include community empowerment and educational resources.

3. User Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal agreement.

4. User Responsibilities:

a. Accuracy of Information:

• You are responsible for confirming accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and use of our services.

b. Conduct:

• You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner while using our services, refraining from any activities that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt our services or the experience of other users.

5. Payment and Billing:

If our educational services involve fees, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by Divine Certified LLC. Payments are non-refundable once our intellectual property is purchased. Membership cancellations are processed by the following billing cycle or within 5-7 days, which ever comes last to due to needed processing time. 

6. Intellectual Property:

a. Ownership:

• Divine Certified LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with our services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, logos and trade secrets.

b. License:

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Divine Certified LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Privacy:

Our Privacy Policy is to govern the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information with confidentiality, within Divine Certified LLC's secured platforms unless you approve a special affiliate offer or required lawfully for unknown circumstances. By using our services, you consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy clause.

9. Changes to Terms and Services:

Divine Certified LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or our services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.
